Our Story
Hi! I’m Jen Rosier, Founder of PrepU.
I’ve devoted my entire career to helping students envision and achieve their post-high school goals, and it’s still the work I love most. There’s nothing more meaningful to me than truly understanding a student and helping them recognize their strengths, their value, and what they bring to the table.
And while I always love receiving those “I got in” or “I got a 1550” texts, I believe our real work is helping students understand their strengths, identify what matters to them, and build the confidence to pursue the right path forward.
PrepU started as a small consultancy focused on test prep and university admissions, and over the years, we’ve grown into a global organization. Despite that growth, our approach hasn’t changed. We partner closely with families, take the time to understand each student, and simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process.
Our Team
Expertise is earned, but passion can’t be taught.
We’ve built our business and earned our reputation by hiring only the most committed and passionate educators who are able to mentor and inspire our students. While our team includes Ivy League PHds, certified teachers, and deeply experienced consultants, we hire for the characteristics that can’t be taught. These are the rock stars who live for making a difference in students’ lives.
